Getting ready for the 15 day reboot has been good - taking a week before and starting to eliminate the processed foods, caffeine, alcohol, dairy, cigarettes. And what has made it relatively easy, is keeping myself busy.
Those rare moments when I'm not doing anything is when I THINK I want something to eat or get the urge to have a cigarette, so as soon as I have those urges, I chug some water, Seems to work.
This weekend will be the real test to see if we are ready for Monday.
