I'm trying something new today - Juiced Wheatgrass! The health benefits of Wheatgrass are suppose to be great! Here's what my local Juice establishment "The Juicery" says about it. "Nature's miracle juice! Two ounces of this equals the nutritional value of over 4 pounds of green vegetables".
Today I tried my first one! I have to admit, it wasn't that bad but it did taste a little like eating the lawn! Ha!I So as I continue improving what I put into my body, it just seemed like a natural to give Wheatgrass a try. The Juicery's material goes on to say "...Wheatgrass is one of the richest sources of vitamins A and C, contains a full spectrum of B vitamins, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, sodium, potassium, iron, 92 trace minerals, and has been credited with selectively destroying cancer cells." Sounds good to me!
So today is Day 1. I'll keep you posted on how I feel at the end of a month of daily Wheatgrass shots! Mind you, I continue to juice daily - Super C and Mean Green.
I agree with most of your points, because this article gives the light in which we can observe the reality and I take positive information on this great blog. It is very effective data provide me as well as and new experience learn from it.
