What Is A Reboot?

Today is Saturday February 4th - Only 2 Days left until we (Bruce and I ) officially begin our 15 Day Fruits and Vegtable Only "Reboot" program. 

What is Reboot? 
"A Reboot is a period of time in which a person commits to eating or drinking only fresh fruits and vegetables. Reboot is not a diet, it is a time for the body to reset, cleanse and take in all those vital nutrients"  A Reboot Program allows you to take control of your diet, improve your health and wellness. It’s as simple as that.
